- Minimal Lulusan SMK/Sederajat
- Tidak berkacamata
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak cacat fisik, tidak buta warna, tidak pernah patah tulang dan tidak pernah operasi.
Persyaratan Dokumen
- Biodata
- Fotocopy KTP, KK, Akta Lahir
- Fotocopy ijazah SD sampai dengan pendidikan terakhir
- Foto 3×4 dan 4×6 (5 lembar) background biru
- Surat izin dari orang tua / wali
- Sertifikat keahlian (bila ada)

2. Menunggu Panggilan Seleksi Tahap 1
3. Seleksi Tahap 1 (pemastian dokumen, tes tertulis, tes fisik)
4. Seleksi Interview Internal
5. Matching User Jepang
6. MCU (Medical Check up) 1 bagi yang lulus proses Matching User
7. Masuk pendidikan LPK Kaizen Indonesia bagi yang tidak bermasalah di MCU 1
